All the data are stored locally at your computer, so you don’t need to worry about data being exposed to the intermediary. As a company we see the need to submit VAT so we made our own. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of TurboVAT (the app)

The term 'Datacom Network Limited' or ‘The Company’ or 'us' or 'we' or ‘our’ refers to theowner of the app. The term 'you' refers to the user, client of the app. Any use of the aboveterminology in singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken asinterchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We may change this policy from time to time by updating this document. Please check thisdocument as often as possible to ensure you have up-to-date information and are happywith any changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please stopusing our app. The current Terms and Conditions are effective from 19th April 2023.
The use of this app is subject to the following terms of use:
User responsibilities
- The user must agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes.
The content of the pages of our app is provided ‘as is’ basis and is subject to change withoutnotice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will:
- Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this app and its contents orwhich is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including inrelation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this app and/or the company’s literature; and

Termination of Agreements and Refunds policy
The app, in its current form, is free to use and no payment is required. Any subsequent addon services to the app in the future may incur charges which will be listed on the website.Both we and the user have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason,including breach of contract and the ending of services that are already underway. Norefunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents andpurposes, underway. Any subsequent add-on services beyond the app shall be dealt withseparately.
Availability
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of anydownloads, programs, and text available through the app. Redistribution or republication ofany part of the app or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar orany other means, without the express written consent from us. We do not warrant that theservice from this app will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to thebest of our ability. By using this app, you thereby indemnify us, and any other affiliatesagainst any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
Geographical limitation
This app is solely for local use, that is within a Local Area Network (LAN) or intranet. We arenot responsible for the security and overall performance of the app being used, hosted overthe internet, that is Wide Area Network (WAN).
Database and files storage
Database used in the app for the purpose of VAT submission and record-keeping templateare stored locally and under control of the user. We do not have the ability to retrieve anyinformation. It is your responsibility to find and submit should HMRC requires furtherinformation regarding the submission. The user is encouraged to back up the databaseperiodically.
Problem diagnoses
The user may wish to share the database to diagnose problems. This information will not beshared with third parties and is only within the Company on a need-to-know basis. Anyindividually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way differentto that stated in ‘Database and files’ section without your explicit permission.
